FOB means fresh off the boat. Which means I wasn't born in the U.S. but I think I'm totally Americanized and therefore this makes me the coolest kid you'll ever know, because you get the best of both worlds.....third world upbringing with a dash of.....MTV???? =)

Today’s mission: Buy clothes that not only fit but make feel a bit uncomfortable. Like blue shoes…..a strapless maxi dress…skinny jeans….and LINEN PANTS!!!! I’m getting ready for summer. Also trying to stay away from black colored stuff. That was my comfort color…like these new sunglasses. :)
OMG! Weighed myself this morning…260.8!!! (261.2 with my phone) I’m so excited and happy. Closer to my goal of getting healthy!
One of my duties as a medical assistant is to check for heart tones on our OB (pregnant) patients. One of our patients was weeks from her due date and five seconds into trying to find her babies heart beat I knew something was wrong. It’s so sad and frustrating that a patient who is almost due to have her baby has to deal with such a big loss.
